In an effort to increase employee morale, improve work quality, efficiency, productivity, and quality of work life in general, and to improve and facilitate communications with employees, it is the policy of PRO to solicit the ideas, suggestions, views, and concerns of employees, by providing employees with the opportunity to always give their input. Most often this is done through informal conversations with supervisory staff.

Employees are encouraged to provide input and suggestions by submitting a written Incident Report. These submissions can be made for any reason; including, but not limited to, safety issues, complaints, and commendations. These submissions can be made anonymously.
