CFM is an American Heart Association (AHA) Authorized Training Center, offering a full catalog of courses (ACLS, PALS, BLS Provider), as well as instructor classes and specialties certifications, such as “ACLS for the Experienced Provider”. Current partnerships include AHA education with the Cambridge Health Alliance, Mount Auburn Hospital, and Harvard University Health Services, in addition to Pro EMS partner public safety agencies. 

To support community engagement, both Pro EMS and CFM are prepared to assist with public education and outreach initiatives.  Courses such as Hands-only CPR, public access naloxone use, and hemorrhage control initiatives (Stop-the-Bleed) have shown to be impactful.  Locations often include schools, places of worship, government buildings, sporting clubs, and public gatherings such as fairs and farmer’s markets.
